more about my blog persona

I am using Backwoods Barbie Trash as my blogger name currently.  This is no accident as I also have a website by the same name! www.backwoodsbarbietrash.com it's brand new but ya'll go check it out!  It's my latest project and boy do I have big plans!  I eventually hope to add homemade goatsmilk products such as soaps and lotions.  I also handmake jewelry with my cousin (who helped me get my website started) and I wanted to be able to offer fancy/blinged out tack.  I have found that its hard to come bty things like that a decent prices!  You can check out my website for farm updates as well and see more pictures of all of our critters and farmsteading endeavors (I'm working on it...).  Anywho, about the name, it's a lifestyle motto of sorts...I can be a country girl or a tomboy and roll in the mud (and hay occassionally *wink*) but I still looovvveee me a good pedicure and I make myself up like a proper lady (til you see my old boots peeping out from under that fancy 'ol dress).  Too much makeup and too much hair?  phoof* never heard of such a thing!  I love to get filthy, dirty and I spend much of my time covered in horse hair; much to the detriment of my washer and dryer.  However, I like to be tan with big 'ol bleach blonde hair and I enjoy swapping out my barn clothes for something with a little bling.  I'm not bragging on my appearance by aany means, I could definitely stand to loose ohhhh bout 30lbs!  But I am discussing fashion and good ol southern values not physical apperance.  A backwoods barbie is a redneck girl who enjoys a little bling and yet still isn't afraid to get down and dirty! Yee Haw?
